Our guest lecturer program has returned in 2010. Every month we have someone special at our general meeting to share their knowledge on landing the big ones. Once in awhile, there will be a special guest speaker thrown in.

During our Club tournament season however, our tournament winners are each given the opportunity to share their personal techniques on how they won in any of the great tournaments held here in Ontario and in the United States.

Since the inception of this club in 1995, Mississauga Bassmasters has welcomed many renowned angling experts including those listed above.

Additionally, pro-staff fishing industry representatives and suppliers have also made guest appearances including:

We will continue to enhance our program to enlighten your learning experience. Come out and see what we're all about!

Learn From The Legends

CITGO Bassmaster University 2006 was held in Toronto on February 18-19, 2006.  The event hosted by Bass Pro Shops included the following speakers:

Denny Brauer, Woo Daves, Mark Davis, Ken Cook, Rich Tauber and Rocky Crawford!
Bassmaster University is an intensive program that gives anglers of all abilities and skill levels proven bass-catching knowledge.  It's a crash course in how to fish like the pros.

The Saturday and Sunday consisted of 12 different one-hour workshop sessions, instructed by six top pros.  These in-depth sessions cover virtually every bass fishing technique in existence including new cutting-edge techniques.  Each pro teaches his specialty.  As a result, you learn from the best of the best.  Time was allotted for visitation and interaction with the pros.
